About The Author

Sam Aihimegbe is a lawyer, novelist and short- story writer. He has written many best-selling children stories such as ‘King of the Pond,” Three Little Monkeys,’ ‘Bambam among many. He served as Special Assistant to the honourable Minister of Special Duties, Navy Captain Caleb Olubolade (Rtd). He is married to Mrs Rose Ajuma Aihimegbe and lives in Abuja, Nigeria.

About The Book

Bloodbugs deals with the scare of HIV-AIDS in Igueben, a rural community in Edo state Nigeria. In the story, an HIV club organized enlightenment campaigns to sensitive people on how to prevent; fight and defeat the HIV pandemic. In the novel, a handful of youths after securing funds from an HIV-AIDS victim began to sensitive many communities on how to combat the scourge of HIV-AIDS.
The novel teaches the “ABC”, myths and facts about HIV-AIDS and the proper response we need to combat the pandemic.
