LATEST CHAMELEON MAN

The Chameleon man is a story set in the ancient Benin Kingdom about a troubadour called
Osagie. Ogiamen and Osagie were competing for the hand of Princess Adesua, the Oba’s
daughter. The Oba decided they should have a storytelling contest and that the winner will
marry Princess Adesua. But as soon as the contest began Ogiamen poisoned Osagie’s
drink and turned him into a Chameleon. Unknown to Ogiamen the spell gave Osagie
superhuman ability so much that whatever Ogiamen touched turned into diamonds. The
Oba ordered Ogiamen to reverse the poison. After he did, the Oba gave Adesua to Osagie
and ordered Ogiamen to be executed.
